Quality, environment, safety. Accredited and audited

For ten years, Special Projects has held ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 — the international standards covering quality management, environmental responsibility and occupational health and safety.

For ten years, Special Projects has held ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 — the international standards covering quality management, environmental responsibility and occupational health and safety. This year we completed our interim recertification audit with ISOQAR, which we passed cleanly.

What the standards cover

These accreditations are not framed certificates on a wall. They are the framework behind every product we design, every operation we support and every order we ship.

ISO 9001 keeps quality and traceability consistent through design, manufacture and after-sales. ISO 14001 holds us accountable for how our materials, processes and products affect the environment — relevant in our world, where kit ends up in oceans, harbours and remote sites. ISO 45001 covers the safety of our team, our partners and the people working alongside our equipment in the field.

A decade of discipline, not a wall plaque

Maintaining all three for a decade takes process discipline rather than fanfare. It is what allows procurement teams, prime contractors and partners to specify Special Projects with confidence — and what allows us to keep developing new products without losing the rigour that gets them through customer acceptance.

What’s next

Our next full recertification is due in July 2027. We will be ready.
